  • Full custom frames typically have a 6 month-1 year lead time depending on current queue.

  • Smaller projects like forks, racks, repairs, etc, can generally be accommodated in ~3-4 months.

  • Other fabrication projects are assessed by scope, please email with details for an estimate of timeline and pricing.

  • Custom Steel Bicycle Frames start at $3,900

Track, Road, CX, Gravel, Tracklocross, Hardtail, Touring, Rando, Bikepacking, Cargo, etc.

·      Please note this is base price and extra materials/labour are additional cost, such as; tubing upgrades, internal routing, additional braze ons, Lugs and custom lugwork, yokes, S&S Couplers, Stainless Steel tubing or add-ons, bikes built around e-bike or IGH assemblies, anything beyond a standard frame-shape (eg triple triangles, additional tubes, significant tube bending, etc). Paint is also quoted individually by project.

  • Custom Forks starting at $900

  • Custom Racks starting at $500

  • Custom furniture, architectural features, or commercial fixtures are quoted per project and require dimensions and material details.

  • Large-scale projects and consulting are quoted hourly, project rate, or by retainer.

STEEL REPAIRS & RETROFITS

  • Bicycle Frame tube replacements starting at $300

  • Stuck Seat Post removal starting at $100

  • Stuck Bottom Bracket removal starting at $100

  • Braze-ons starting at $80 per set (eg 2 bottle bosses)

  • Head tube Reaming, Bottom Bracket chase & face, Seat tube reaming starting at $100

  • Frame alignment starting at $100

  • Dropout replacements starting at $200, pricing dependant on dropouts.

  • Disc Brake Retrofits $250 incl. reinforcement bridge

  • S&S coupler retrofits starting at $1,000, pricing dependant on size and # of couplers needed.

  • Vintage frame restoration is quoted by assessment only

  • Other repairs/modifications please enquire by email for a quote

  • Repairs do not include bike disassembly or reassembly. A bare frame is required for most major repairs or retrofits.
